The residences were defined by generous proportions and a strong connection to the city beyond. Spacious three-bedroom homes opened onto multiple private balconies, complemented by dedicated maid’s accommodation and sweeping views across Colombo. The result was a residential experience that balanced the privacy of home with the character and energy of the city.

At terrace level, a swimming pool, gymnasium, business facilities and social spaces extended the experience beyond the residence itself. Completed in May 2016, 121 Residencies remains an important part of Makro’s history — the first expression of a journey that continues to shape the places we build today.
